How does it work?
Every Drop Counts offers a complete fitted home rainwater harvesting system which comprises of a capturing, storage and distribution system. Rain water is collected in tanks which are connected to your garden taps, toilet cisterns, washing machines etc. Water is also pumped at high pressure into your garden watering system, allowing you to irrigate your garden with pure un-chlorinated rainwater. A 12v solar powered pump powers the supply system. A backup system using municipal supplied water ensures your storage tank never runs dry.
The whole system runs on one-way valves and at the turn of a stopcock, municipal water supply can be restored. An added benefit is that the solar system can be added onto and utilised in low electrical usage such as garden lighting and water feature pumps. This developed system results in a lower water bill and is a green solution to an ever increasing environmental problem
